What are flexible hours?

Flexible Hours are reserved for MEMBERS ONLY. They give you the ability to use your creative hours in either of the studio, suites, or rooms available. For example, if you purchase a 25 hour block; you can use 15 hours in the audio recording studio, 5 hours in the cylcorama room, and the remaining 5 hours in the podcasting room.

How can I reserve my creative space as a member?

To reserve your space as a member you must login using the “MEMBERS ONLY” link in the header of the website.

How can I reserve my creative space as a guest?

To reserve your space as a guest you must click on the “GUEST BOOKING” button on the home page of the website.

What is a “Lease Holding” Member?

Lease holding members are members who have signed a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month lease. Within each lease members will receive 50 hours of flexible creative space. They will have the best rates as well as priority booking.

Do hours from my lease roll-over to the next month?

No. They do not roll-over. It is in our expectation that you if you only use a fraction of the 50 hours and up charge your clientele accordingly; the lease will pay for itself.

What is the Rejuvenation Lounge?

Our Rejuvenation Lounge is accessible by MEMBERS ONLY. It is a privates space where creatives are able to relax in an upscale environment while preparing or taking a break from their projects. The lounge will include styling stations, vanity mirrors, changing booths, massage stations, teeth whitening stations, lounge couches, TV’s, catered food and more!

What is a CYCLORAMA WALL?

Also known as an infinity wall or cyc wall, cyclorama walls are often white and made of a combination of plywood, fiberglass, and possibly drywall and are built with slight curves that provides the on-camera illusion of an infinite room.

How far in advance am I able to reserve creative space?

As a member you are able to reserve space as fare as 30 days out.

Does The SYX HQ rent equipment?

Yes! We do our very best to remain current with latest technology of the industries we cater to. From studio microphones to camera lighting; we will stay up to date.

What is the maximum number of photographers that will share the space?

We will only have 15 active lease holders at one time. This low number allows us to prevent a congested schedule.
